The AINC is a 3 month long, annual eSports tournament spanning multiple games, attracting thousands of players Australia wide. It is the largest, wholly Australian owned and run, professional gaming event in Australia.

 

Up to 2000 players will battle off in qualifiers in 8 cities spanning 3 countries for the chance to attend the finals. The finals will culminate in a massive festival held at the Gamerthon in Melbourne.

 

The Gamerthon is a seven day gaming Festival held Melbourne during March 31st to April 6th and is one of the largest social gaming events in Australasia!

The Gamerthon will draw global attention - showcasing the latest in bleeding edge technology and gaming entertainment, as well as the best gamers from around the globe.

 

Run exclusively by Anything Interactive, it is a wholly Australian owned, and run, gaming event for Australians to be patriotic and proud of. Spectators will have free entry to watch the tournaments.

 

The Gamerthon festival will take place in three key locations throughout the Melbourne CBD.

* ACMI - the screen pit and function space will provide the public to view eSports in all its glory. Cameras and Sports commentators will allow the public a spectacular view at eSports as an entertainment medium - or head to the function area to test drive the latest games and consoles.

* VA Cyber Cafe - the largest internet cafe in Melbourne hosts 2 levels and 80 pcs. Australia's top teams will battle off to eliminate each other in Counter Strike Source, Call Of Duty 4 and Halo3.


* Zone AdrenaLAN - the most renowned internet cafe for Counter Strike 1.6 will see some of Australiasias best teams battle off to eliminate each other at a chance to play at ACMI.
